The PDQ course has changed a lot in my teaching by refreshing my teaching methods. After teaching for many years, we become standard teachers that do their part as teachers. The PDQ course has been a step towards self-actualisation within my chosen career that has given me a fresh and broad insight into how 21st Century skills can be applied to the lessons.

Differentiating activities according to the different learning needs, using more than one teaching method and strategy, reflection, and, most importantly, reflecting on lessons have dramatically impacted how I further plan for the lessons. It has been beneficial for me to remember once again what it is like to be a student and the difficulties of learning something new.

Once again, I have tasted the joys of being a teacher after many years. The will to learn further has all been possible with the assistance of a motivating and inspiring PDQ leader and the team of candidates and colleagues. All teachers should take part in a course that is beneficial to their teaching and has so much to offer!
